Jeff is an accomplished coach, consultant, and leadership mentoring specialist, providing strategic guidance and support to businesses since 2003. His approach is rooted in real-world experience, not just theory, making him a proven asset for his clients. He has a track record of diagnosing and addressing performance improvement opportunities that increase revenue and decrease costs.

Before founding Sales Coach 911, Jeff accumulated a wealth of experience in the performance improvement industry. He was a Top Producer at Huthwaite, VP Business Development at Vantage Point, and an Independent Consultant supporting the Ingersoll Group and United Sales Resources. Furthermore, he held senior sales and management positions in two venture capital-backed SaaS software start-ups and a 2 privately-held software companies. His 10 years in sales, sales management, and operations management in the financial sector have also shaped his robust understanding of business operations and growth strategies.

Jeff’s coaching expertise is complemented by his sharp skills in executive coaching and mentoring. He partners with organizational leadership to drive results across both internal and external value chains, placing particular emphasis on quantification and paradigm-shifting as catalysts for change and measurable results.

Jeff holds degrees in both Finance and Marketing from the Southern Illinois University School of Business. Outside of his professional life, Jeff and his wife Sue are avid equestrians with a focus on dressage.
